A Lewisham restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Chartwells, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Chartwells At St Winifreds Roman Cat, St Winifreds Catholic Junior School, 26 Newstead Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Lewisham's 610 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 353 (58%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
