Watandar Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 377 Lewisham High Street, Hither Green, London was given the score after assessment on July 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 587 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 351 (60%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
