Muffin Break, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 74, Lewisham Shopping Centre, Hither Green, London was given the score after assessment on July 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 627 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 333 (53%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
