Sodo Pizza, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 144a Deptford High Street, London was given the score after assessment on June 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 362 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 168 (46%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
