Hilltop Caf�, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Downham Health And Leisure Centre, 7-9 Moorside Road, Bromley was given the score after assessment on July 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 630 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 333 (53%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
