Buddha Taste, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor Unit, 8 Royal Parade, Blackheath, London was given the score after assessment on July 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 628 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 333 (53%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
