New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Lewisham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Lewisham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Pizza Box, at 267 Brownhill Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 20.

And Nu Spice, at 8-9 Coulgate Street, London was given a score of two on July 20.

It means that of Lewisham's 339 takeaways with ratings, 145 (43%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
