New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Lewisham’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Buddha Taste, at Ground Floor Unit, 8 Royal Parade, Blackheath, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 28.

And French Tacos Factory, at 85b Rushey Green, London was given a score of two on November 28.

It means that of Lewisham's 621 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 346 (56%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
