New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Lewisham’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Taste Soul Good, at 389 Lewisham High Street, Hither Green, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 16.

And Sweet Carolina, at Unit 1, Forest Hill Industrial Estate, Perry Vale, Forest Hill was given a score of two on November 16.

It means that of Lewisham's 620 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 348 (56%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
