15Grams, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor, 30 Tranquil Vale, Blackheath, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 12.

And Rio Ice Cream & Cakes, a takeaway at 37 Lee High Road, London was given a score of two on September 12.
