Little Palace Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor, 49 Westow Hill, London was given the score after assessment on June 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lambeth's 661 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 329 (50%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
