Casa Mofongo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 152 Loughborough Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lambeth's 662 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 334 (50%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
