Ocean Blue, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 172 Wandsworth Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lambeth's 661 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 329 (50%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
