West Indian Ex Service Association, a pub, bar or nightclub at 165-167 Clapham Manor Street, London was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 8.

And Golden Fry, a takeaway at 88 Gipsy Hill, London was given a score of four on September 8.
