A Kingston takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Surbiton Fish & Chips, a takeaway at 35 Brighton Road, Surbiton was given the score after assessment on January 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Kingston's 142 takeaways with ratings, 82 (58%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
