The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

A3, from 10pm November 7 to 5am November 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Esher to Kingston Bypass, Lane closures or signage only for TfL cyclic maintenance.

A3, from 10pm November 14 to 5am November 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 eastbound, junction Esher to junction TFL, Lane closure for urgent drainage works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
