Thali Ho, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Former, 31 Brighton Road, Surbiton was given the maximum score after assessment on April 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kingston's 384 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 241 (63%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
