Fonseca's Deli, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 169 South Lane, New Malden was given the score after assessment on February 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kingston's 381 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 238 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
