Glutopia Cake Boutique, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 3, The Griffin Centre, Market Place, Kingston Upon Thames was given the score after assessment on October 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kingston's 374 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 233 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
