Ceylon Village Food, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 88 Burlington Road, New Malden was given the score after assessment on September 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kingston's 367 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 229 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
