Pottery Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at The Pottery, 20 Park Road, Kingston Upon Thames was given the score after assessment on August 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kingston's 366 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 231 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
