Cafe La Cigale, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 23 Castle Street, Kingston Upon Thames was given the maximum score after assessment on March 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kingston's 383 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 239 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
