A Kingston restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Batterfly Fish & Chips, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 90 Alexandra Drive, Surbiton was given the maximum score after assessment on March 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Kingston's 380 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 238 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
