New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Kingston’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Mr Kimchi, at 77 High Street, New Malden was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 6.

And Treestone Kitchen, at 71-73 High Street, New Malden was also given a score of three on June 6.

It means that of Kingston's 389 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 231 (59%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
