A Kensington and Chelsea restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Thai Square, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 19 Exhibition Road, London was given the score after assessment on January 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 883 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 762 (86%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
