Filipino Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Basement And Ground Floor, 10 Kenway Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 860 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 748 (87%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
