Thai Square, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 19 Exhibition Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 860 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 751 (87%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
