Go Viet, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 53 Old Brompton Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 860 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 752 (87%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
