Kappa Japanese Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Basement And Ground Floor, 139 Earl'S Court Road, London was given the score after assessment on October 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 878 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 743 (85%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
