Beach Blanket Babylon, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 45 Ledbury Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 861 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 748 (87%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
