Baalbakis Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 124 Cromwell Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 855 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 750 (88%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
