Gelgela, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 111 Gloucester Road, London was given the score after assessment on June 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 848 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 745 (88%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
