Food hygiene ratings handed to nine Kensington and Chelsea establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Kensington and Chelsea’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to five restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Balans at 187 Kensington High Street, London; rated on August 25

• Rated 5: 606 Club at Basement, 90 Lots Road, London; rated on August 22

• Rated 5: The Stand at Japan House at 101-111 Kensington High Street, London; rated on August 22

• Rated 3: Mawi Cafe at 24a Notting Hill Gate, London; rated on July 6

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: Amaro Bar at 15 Kensington High Street, London; rated on August 23
