Taste of Portobello, at 47 Pembridge Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 9.

Hide AdAnd The Tea and Coffee Plant, at 180 Portobello Road, London was also given a score of three on June 9.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 848 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 745 (88%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
