The Green, a takeaway at Basement And Ground Floor, 44 Clerkenwell Green, Islington was given the score after assessment on August 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 231 takeaways with ratings, 92 (40%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
