Karens Diner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor, 1-9 White Lion Street, London was given the score after assessment on July 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 966 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 458 (47%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
