Ropemaker Cafe @ Skanska, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, Islington was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 951 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 416 (44%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
