Meskerem Bar and Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Basement And Ground Floor, 152 Seven Sisters Road, Islington was given the score after assessment on July 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 939 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 409 (44%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
