Rindo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 136 Holloway Road, London, N7 8dd was given the score after assessment on December 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 950 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 460 (48%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
