Addis Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor And Basement, 40-42 Caledonian Road, London was given the score after assessment on October 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 962 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 463 (48%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
