Ginger and Mint, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 72 Prebend Street, Islington, London was given the score after assessment on October 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 963 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 426 (44%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
