Viet Garden, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at First And Attic Floor, 205-207 Liverpool Road, Islington was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 961 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 423 (44%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
