Ranny's Seafood Shack, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 16 And 17 Nags Head Covered Market, 22 Seven Sisters Road, Islington was given the score after assessment on August 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 940 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 410 (44%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
