The Crown, a pub, bar or nightclub at 116 Cloudesley Road, Islington, London was given the score after assessment on September 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 163 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 99 (61%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
