Sekforde Arms, a pub, bar or nightclub at 34 Sekforde Street, Islington, London was given the score after assessment on January 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 158 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 95 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
