Siorai, a pub, bar or nightclub at Ground Floor, 114 Junction Road, Islington was given the score after assessment on July 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 164 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 97 (59%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
