Food hygiene ratings handed to two Islington restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Bell and Viv, at Basement And Ground Floors, 258 Pentonville Road, Islington was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 8.

And KOREAN BBQ AND VEGAN - BARBICAN, at Basement And Ground Floor, 105-107 Whitecross Street, Islington was also given a score of four on November 8.

It means that of Islington's 963 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 432 (45%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
