Food hygiene ratings handed to two Islington restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

KOA, at Ground Floor Shop, 473 Hornsey Road, Islington was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 8.

And The Blue Owl, at Ground Floor, 155 Stroud Green Road, Islington was given a score of two on July 8.

It means that of Islington's 937 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 409 (44%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
