Food hygiene ratings handed to two Islington restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Jan's Coffee and Eatery, at 24a Highgate Hill, Islington, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 17.

And Espressio Coffee, at 215 Seven Sisters Road, Islington, London was given a score of two on May 17.

It means that of Islington's 916 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 400 (44%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
