Food hygiene ratings handed to two Islington restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Cozzo Caffe e Pizzeria, at Ground Floor At 177, 177-187 Whitecross Street, Islington was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 5.

And Iskele, at Ground Floor At 179 And 181, 177-187 Whitecross Street, Islington was given a score of three on April 5.

It means that of Islington's 939 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 407 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
